As I look back at this blog, I see I haven't updated it well over a year. I thought heavily about abandoning the blog but instead I am going to try to rejuvenate the blog. I will be posting about my running, my cooking and the occational post about geek thing.
So where am I today? Well I am 20 pounds heavier than my last post 280. I had pnumonia and blood clots in my lungs. That put a crimp in my running and health plans. But now I am back on track and have a full year of running planned. Stay tuned for my various rantings.
